Terms of reference: This committee is responsible for overseeing the administrative infrastructure of the ISST and ensuring that resources are in place to perform all the administrative functions necessary for the smooth running of the organization so that it can provide effective services to its members.

The administrative infrastructure consists of

• Several individuals employed by the ISST on a full or part time basis who work together as a virtual office.
• Web based systems such as the website, voting tool, and data storage and management platform for storing information about members and membership and about certification applications and status as well as for the submission of applications for membership or certification online.

The committee does not fulfil these functions itself but must regularly review the current status of the administrative infrastructure and take steps to address any problems such as bottlenecks or functions not being adequately catered for.

The committee should keep regular contact with the President to keep him/her up to date with the current status as well as to current problems that have been identified and how they are being addressed.

Where concerns addressed by this committee overlap with the concerns of the Events Committee, the two committees may hold joint meetings.
