Eckhard Roediger, Treasurer

Standing in the spotlight as the ISST Board President during the past two years has been an incredible experience, where I oversaw our membership size nearly double. I hope you regard my work as successful. Now I am happy for the opportunity to shift roles and to see David Edwards take over as President, while I serve on the next board term as Treasurer.

Since the foundation of ISST in 2008, I have served on the board to create and to develop the structures of the ISST organization. Since the society continues to grow rapidly, I know there is still a lot of work to do to improve organizational processes by making them more efficient, and by continuing to develop a professional office organisation to meet the needs of our society.

Because of the great work of former ISST Executive Boards, and especially past treasurers, the financial situation of our society is in excellent condition. As treasurer, I am happy to know that I can count on the support of all the former ISST Treasurers, who are all friends of mine, to continue their esteemed work and to maintain financial stability for the society over the next two years.
