Ι studied psychology in England and did my MSc (Hons) in Counselling Psychology trained initially in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

In the UK I worked for the NHS Dudley Counseling Services in the physical and psychological department department.Upon returning to Greece I worked for two years in the General Hospital in Athens at Gennimatas hospital.Since 2008 I have my own private practice in the city of Athens.

In 2013 I completed my training in individual Schema Therapy in London (ISST Advanced Schema Therapist and Supervisor) and worked systematically since with people who have borderline or narcissistic personality disorder or attachment trauma.
In 2020 I completed my training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and I am very interested in contextual schema therapy that combines both models.
In 2021 I completed my basic training in EMDR (EMDR association of Australia).

In 2022 I completed my training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy at the institute EEES and carry out DBT skills group as well as individual therapy.
