Program Description:

The Institut für Schematherapie Berlin (IST-B) offers ISST-approved training in Schema Therapy for psychological and medical psychotherapists. The program combines theoretical and practical training with experiential learning, self-therapy and supervision.

The curriculum supports participants in developing advanced competencies in Schema Therapy and, where applicable, in pursuing ISST certification.

Training Program

Curriculum Schema Therapy	Foundational training in concepts, case conceptualization and core therapeutic methods of Schema Therapy.
Advanced / Specialised Workshops	Further training focusing on specific methods, clinical populations and areas of application.
Elective Workshops	Additional elective workshops complementing the curriculum.
Self-Therapy	Experiential self-therapy within Schema Therapy training and certification.
Supervision	Schema Therapy supervision for certification candidates and clinicians wishing to deepen their practice.
