ISST Policy on delivering training courses for certification online

On 25th March 2020, in response to the coronavirus pandemic and the obstacles to travelling and gathering in groups, the Executive Board approved the delivery of training courses online.  Those offering courses online must observe strict conditions which are summarized in our policy statement:

In order to deliver training online that will be recognized for certification purposes, trainers must complete an application form and submit it to the Training Coordinator, Jeff Conway, for approval. This approval should be obtained before the course is scheduled to start.

Completed and signed applications must be emailed to Jeff Conway (jconwayny@gmail.com ) and must normally be received at least four weeks before the beginning of the proposed training.

The Executive Board has now extended the permission to deliver training online to June 2021 and those who offer part 1 of a training course in the first half of 2021 may offer the second part in the second half of 2021. But you will need to complete the application form and get formal permission for your course to be valid for certification purposes.

Why Schema Therapy?

Schema therapy has been extensively researched to effectively treat a wide variety of typically treatment resistant conditions, including Borderline Personality Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
