Honorary Life Members of the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST) are elected on the recommendation of the Executive Board

Honorary Life Members of the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST): Regulations and procedures

As approved by the ISST Executive Board on 12th November 2019

In paragraph 5 of the ISST statutes, it is stated: (4) Honorary Life member: Honorary Life Members of the International Society of Schema Therapy are nominated by the Executive Committee and must be approved by a General Membership Assembly. Bestowing this level of membership is an honor accorded by the Society in recognition of outstanding contributions to schema therapy and the ISST and is relatively rare. Honorary Life Members have the same rights as Full Members but do not pay a membership fee.

Additional privileges:  The Executive Board agreed that Honorary Life Members would not have to pay the Event Fee or the cost of social events at ISST INSPIRE and ENLIGHT events.
