Working in private practice in the Dublin and Meath Area, primarily using Schema Therapy.

Trained as a Schema Therapist in London, UK, with Dr. Arnie Reid and Chris Hayes (Schema Therapy Workshops) in 2010.

Founder member of Schema Therapy Association of Ireland (STAI), and currently involved in mapping existing resources in, and demand for, Schema Therapy in Ireland.

Part-time lecturer at PCI College/Middlesex University on the Honors Degree Programme in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Certified FETAC trainer. Other post graduate certificate training in CBT, Mindfulness and Compulsive Sexual Behaviours. I deliver Mental Health Training to varied Corporate Organisations throughout the country, both in person and video conferencing,
