About
Founder & Director of the Persian Reference for Schema Therapy:
https://www.schematherapy.ir
I am an international schema therapist and hypnotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience working with children, parents, and individuals. My work is deeply rooted in Schema Therapy, with a special focus on early maladaptive schemas, emotional regulation, and attachment patterns.
As both a therapist and an educator, I am passionate about translating complex psychological concepts into practical, accessible tools that can create meaningful and lasting change in people’s lives. My approach integrates schema therapy with hypnotherapy techniques to facilitate deeper emotional healing and transformation.
Becoming a mother has profoundly shaped my perspective, inspiring me to focus more deeply on early childhood development, parenting, and prevention of maladaptive schemas. I am the creator of The Wise Little Minds Series, a collection of therapeutic children’s books designed to nurture emotional resilience, secure attachment, and a healthy self-concept from an early age.
In addition to my clinical work, I develop educational content, workshops, and guided therapeutic materials aimed at empowering individuals—especially women and parents—to reconnect with their emotional needs, strengthen their inner resources, and move toward psychological well-being and self-compassion.
My long-term vision is to bridge science and everyday life by making schema therapy more widely understood and applied—not only as a treatment model, but as a pathway to growth, awareness, and emotional freedom.
