About
I am a clinical psychologist and advanced certified individual schema therapist. I have experience as a clinician in counselling, psychiatric and private practice settings. My areas of interest include issues related to grief and loss, complex trauma, depression and anxiety, as well as adjustment to challenging life circumstances.
My approach is primarily informed by schema therapy and attachment theory, integrating principles of somatic awareness and aspects of other evidence-based modalities. These include cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), as well as dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).
I am a member of the International Society of Schema Therapy, the Australian Psychological Society, and a fellow of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. I work with adults from the age of 20 years.
