Steve Silliman is fully licensed as a professional counselor in Michigan (LPC) and as a professional clinical counselor with supervisory endorsement in Ohio (LPCC-S). He earned his undergraduate degree in Art Therapy from Bowling Green State University (1992) and his master’s degree in counseling from the University of Dayton (1998).

Steve has been providing mental health counseling in private practices, health clinics, and agency settings for over 20 years. He uses schema therapy and EMDR to treat adults struggling with chronic issues associated with childhood emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, as well as unmet developmental needs. Steve’s areas of specialization are trauma, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and issues related to adult survivors of childhood abuse.
