I am a Clinical Psychologist specialising in assisting individuals and families during significant life transitions.

My education includes a Master's Degree from the University of Porto, Portugal, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Germany.

I am currently interested in developing my comprehension of schema development in moments of crisis and life transitions, and understanding how traumatic experiences shape and influence one's cognitive and emotional frameworks, particularly in the context of personality disorders.
