Jessica particularly enjoys helping people at a crossroads in their lives - individuals or couples considering making big decisions or changes, who need help discerning what steps, if any, need to be taken, and when.

As an enthusiastic disciple of Schema Therapy, Jessica works with imagery, therapeutic coaching, and emotional intelligence to get to the root of the hurts and heal them in a way traditional talk therapy cannot. Her therapeutic style has been described as "alive": alive to your story, alive to your pain, alive to your problems, and alive to who and where you are, right now.
