Lisa is a Clinical Psychologist who provides psychological services for adults in the community. She completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology degree at Edith Cowan University, Western Australia. Since then, her clinical experience includes working in Youth Justice, private practice, and in community drug and alcohol service. Lisa primarily practices using Schema Therapy which she integrates with EMDR and Flash Technique. She also utilises elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills training, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Lisa has a particular interest in working with adults experiencing struggles with addiction, mood disturbance and other issues which typically follow the experience of trauma. Lisa takes a collaborative approach in her therapy, and treatment is tailored to the individual client’s needs and goals.
Lisa is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) in Australia which determines the minimum standards for the education and training of psychologists.
