I am a psychologist working online with individuals and couples internationally, primarily with Russian-speaking clients. My clinical work integrates Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness-based approaches, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. I support adults dealing with emotional regulation difficulties, self-criticism, shame, anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, eating-related struggles, and maladaptive coping strategies.
