Auxiliary Schema Therapist certification (ST-Aux) is designed for qualified professionals in allied health and counselling fields who work in multidisciplinary teams under the supervision of an Advanced certified schema therapist. Relevant professional backgrounds include clinical social work, art or specialised therapies, mental health professions, addiction work, psychiatric nursing and counselling. Certification supports the use of schema therapy interventions within your professional role and the scope of auxiliary practice. The pathway combines approved training, supervision, self-therapy and an independent assessment of clinical skills.
