We offer training in Schema Therapy that meets the requirements for Certification, based on ISST guidelines. Our approach is creative, inspiring and effective.

This 2 – part workshop in San Diego leads to CERTIFICATION in providing Schema Therapy to individuals. Facilitated by Kathy Rudlin & Litsa Anthis, Advanced Certified Schema Therapists, Supervisors and Trainers.

JOIN our intensive training experience to learn Schema Therapy in a supportive, engaging environment.

Kathy & Litsa are passionate about ST and creatively share their wisdom using demonstrations, discussion, personal examples and more. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. Those accepted before the end of February pay a lower tuition rate.

Completing the 2-workshop series meets the group training requirements to become a Certified Schema Therapist, or can be taken separately to learn this model in-depth.

What’s unique about the California ST training program?

Schema Support Packages (SSP’s)

This virtual presentation features schema inventories, videos, articles and more in a series designed to teach the basics of ST, even before attending the training. It is available upon your acceptance into the program.

Bridge Sessions

Two online discussion groups take place in between workshops 1 & 2. In this format the training group stays connected and has the opportunity to ask questions, share schema successes and continue to learn together.

How to Use ST to Heal from a Narcissistic Mother

Learn from our knowledge and experience in this specialized focus and become part of a community that focuses on healing from the impact of narcissism.

International Supervisory Team

Supervisors are an integral part of teaching this model. Our team consists of hand-picked trainers with unique expertise and represent a variety of cultures, training and backgrounds.
