About this training:

Trauma clients, especially when combined with severe dissociative states (up to Dissociative Identity Disorder; DIS), are a real therapeutic challenge. Based on the dimensional “two leg”- Mode model this training introduces into the experience of severely traumatized clients based on paintings, shows the pitfalls in the therapy relationship with severely deprived clients and how to balance change with acceptance. It gives hints how to make trauma imagery rescripting save and effective, how to deal with dissociation and anger and support clients to integrate persisting trauma symptoms into their life. In a nutshell: You will get handrails making these therapies safer and more predictable for you and your clients. Basic knowledge with Schema therapy is required.

The training count for continuous education credit points.

The training takes place on a weekly basis on 4 consecutive Mondays of 2 hrs.
