ISST Accredited Schema Therapy Foundation Course (Level I - Cantonese) NOV 2026

Target participants: Helping professionals who have 1) the licenses to practice as a psychotherapist in their home countries, and 2) hold at least a Master in psychology, clinical social work, psychiatric nursing or a counselling area that leads to licensing; or a medical degree with psychiatric residency.

Trainer: 

Ms. Beatrice Ng-Kessler,  Registered Clinical Psychologist (HK & UK); ISST Accredited Advance Schema Therapist, Supervisor and Trainer; Certified Mindfulness Trainer from Canada.

Ms. Beatrice Ng-Kessler is a registered clinical psychologist from UK and HK, a Certified Mindfulness Trainer from Canada, and ISST accredited Advance Certified Schema Therapist (Individual), Supervisor/Trainer.  She started her clinic 'Mindfully' in Hong Kong and is currently practicing privately in London.  She is a frequent trainer for NGOs and Corporations for a decade. From 2023, she became an author of her Chinese books 「為什麼，我人生總在繞圈圈」「別踩過界」both of which depicted stories of clients benefitted from Schema Therapy.  She authored the first-ever Chinese Schema Therapy book 「基模治療」to address the needs of cultural adaptation.  She writes the regular column When Therapy Meets Cultures for Psychology Today, focusing on emotional expression, cultural shaping, and experiential work across collectivistic contexts.
