About
I'm the owner of Carta Coaching & Int. Psychotherapy since 2018, where I offer telehealth sessions, in-person therapy, executive coaching, workshops and retreats. I've gained my most extensive clinical experience in trauma, personality disorders, attachment. and somatic in which I specialize.

With 21 years of education and clinical experience within mental health care facilities I've provided clients with all kinds of assessments and treatments from individual Schematherapy, EMDR, to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy among others.


👩🏼‍⚕️As of January 2020, my practice has been expanded to include Integrative Psychotherapy, allowing me to offer additional services such as integrative psychotherapy. My therapies are also partially reimbursed by the Dutch Health Insurance and fully reimbursed by the European Health Insurance.

🤓Since 2020 I offer digital and on-site webinars, group workshops and retreats that integrate all the evidence-based disciplines I'm a professional in. Neuropsychology, Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, YinYoga to name a few.

Since 2023 I provide Sensorimotor Psychotherapy treatments as I have become a SPI certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Expert level 1.

👉🏿My focus on integrating evidence-based tools such as CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, SFT, Yoga Nidra, Self-Compassion, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy etc. to challenge my clients to commit to and experience true self-development and well-being.

As of December 2024 I am able to provide ST Supervision after my ISST Supervisor Skills Development Training provided by Robin Spiro, Marsha Blank, Vartouhi Ohanian, Agnes Sullivan, Offer Maurer, Alp, Karaosmanoglu, John Gasiewski, Tijana Mirovic and Christine Zens.
