I am a psychologist and a licensed
cognitive-behavioral and schema psychotherapist.

I have experience with both adults and youth.
I work with a variety of people, often with young adults with relationship problems and adaptive issues. I like and I'm using DBT therapy tools.

I live and work in Wrocław, Poland. I work with patients with mood disorders, emotion dysregulation.
I follow with interest the activities of The Society for Psychotherapy Research, which presents important research on psychotherapy for practicing clinicians.
