Needs Versus Wants Training

June 11, 2024

10 AM to 11:30 AM Central Daylight Savings Time

Trainer:  Dr Chiara Simeone-DiFrancesco

Director, Simeone-DiFrancesco Schema Therapy with Couples International Training Center

Live training on Needs versus Wants as it applies to Schema Therapy with individuals and couples.

Joining me will be retired professor Romuald B. Simeone, genetic historian and philosopher. I believe he will add richness with his perspective and help us think and define these differences clearly.

The training will be 1.5 hours on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 10 AM to 11:30 AM Central Daylight Savings Time (Chicago time). 1.5 units of continuing education are offered for participation. You will be able to avail simultaneous translation via AI with Zoom's closed caption feature. You may specify the language you wish the captions to be in when you log in. There is a long list of possibilities. See here: Zoom Closed Captioning

The cost for the training is $34 USD.

This topic sounds simple but is in actuality quite difficult to discern at times which is which. There are however some golden nuggets that will make it easier. We'll give you many examples, and in our Q & A you can ask us your toughest ones as well. Our discernment tool will help your clients out of internal gridlock and help your couples become flexible in negotiating. Couples will be able to find common ground as they learn to initiate "Need-talk"™ versus the norm of "talking in conclusions". We'll explain more deeply what this means and looks like.

Please feel free to email me specific sample questions in advance:
