About
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and I do clinics in Rugby and Coventry. Finding the strength to contact a therapist is the first step to making changes. I believe the second step is to develop a safe, respectful and comfortable relationship with your therapist. This relationship will serve as the basis to begin exploring and making positive changes. Therapy is a hard road but is not a road that you travel on your own but with the support of your therapist. Schema therapy helps identify and change some of those negative beliefs and feelings that we have had for so long identified with ourselves, with who we are (and others) but that make our lives very difficult. The aim is to develop a new more adaptive and positive sense of self and others.
