Dr Xi Liu is an Advanced Accredited Schema Therapist and Supervisor. She is also trained in CBT, Complicated Grief Treatment, Mindfulness and Behavioral Activation. She is the Director of LifeTherapy.org and a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Australian Registration).
Xi has successfully treated hundreds of clients with anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, workplace stress, phobias, adjustment disorders, family conflict and post-natal depression. Xi has also worked with clients to explore and resolve issues including identity conflict (gender, sexual, cultural and religious), early childhood experiences of parental neglect, witnesses of domestic abuse, emotional deprivation, life transitions, and cultural adjustment.
She has worked in private practice, inpatient hospital, community mental health settings and not-for-profit settings. She has also lectured community groups on anxiety disorders to raise public awareness.
